Democrat Hillary Clinton will visit Indiana on Tuesday to talk about her economic plan dubbed “Make it in America.”
Her campaign has not released any details yet about the visit, but Tuesday is primary Election Day in five East Coast states, including Pennsylvania. One week later, Hoosiers will head to the polls.
Clinton will be the fourth presidential candidate to come to central Indiana this month.
Republican Donald Trump held a rally at the Indiana State Fairgrounds on Wednesday. Republican Ted Cruz visited twice—on Thursday to the speak at the Indiana State Fairgrounds and on Saturday for events in Plainfield and Lebanon. The third candidate in the GOP primary—Ohio Gov. John Kasich—will be in Noblesville on Tuesday.
Clinton’s opponent—Bernie Sanders—has not yet announced a visit to Indiana but was the first to begin advertising in the state.
Several polls have Trump and Clinton in the lead in their respective primaries.
In a CBS News poll released Sunday, Trump was leading with 40 percent compared with 35 percent for Cruz and 20 percent for Kasich. The poll had a margin of error of plus or minus 6.6 percentage points.
Clinton was leading with 51 percent to Sanders’ 43 percent, with a margin of error of 6.7 percentage points.
