While it hasn't yet earned the national attention of the recently opened, Frank Gehry-designed New World Symphony campus and concert hall in Florida, Carmel's Palladium has garnered some national attention. Among those chiming in:

Bloomberg led its report with the fact that Center for the Performing Arts Artistic Director Michael Feinstein was moving Fred Astaire's shoes to his Great American Songbook archive in the new facilty. Story here.

Broadwayworld.com supplied more gush, commenting on the new building's "world-class quality and scale," "gracious and elegant form" and noting Feinstein's "extraordinary, museum-quality archive." Story here.
