There’s a little bit of plot and a lot of some of the greatest songs of the 20th century in this jukebox musical. Incorporated are songs made famous by Marvin Gaye, The Jackson Five, Gladys Knight and the Pips, The Supremes and many more. March 28-April 2 Murat Theatre Details
“Spring Blooms: Celebration of Color”
For the spring, much of the attention at the IMA will be outdoors. Not only will it color up its grounds with new gardens and tens of thousands of new bulbs, but it will also feature exhibitions devoted to John James Audubon’s nature drawings. April 1-May 31 Indianapolis Museum of Art Details
“By George! The Pops Play Gershwin”
It’s tough to go wrong with an evening of Gershwin music. And you can hedge your bets by hearing it played by one of the leading pops orchestras in the country, the Boston Pops Esplanade Orchestra, conducted by its star music director, Keith Lockhart. Expect some variation on the familiar, though. The concert includes the rarely performed original version of “Rhapsody in Blue.” April 2 Palladium Details
“Calling All Kates”
