Heartland Film Festival
A highlight is expected to be “LBJ,” the biopic starring Woody Harrelson and Jennifer Jason Leigh (with director Rob Reiner in attendance to receive Heartland’s Pioneering Spirit Lifetime Achievement Award). But a film festival should also be a place to blaze your own trail through the 200-plus films being screened. Ghost Stories at Crown Hill Cemetery
This bring-your-own-blanket (for sitting on and, perhaps, covering your head) event from Storytelling Arts of Indiana features appropriately creepy tales told around the headstones.
