Indiana Chinese Lantern Festival
The Fairgrounds gets into the holiday light attraction game with this unique event. The illuminating works of artists from Zigong, China, are featured at this first-ever event featuring 33 handmade lantern displays—including a 100-foot-long dragon. “A Christmas Story”
The story that put Indiana on the holiday map made the inevitable transition to stage musical in 2009. But it’s taken until now for the tour to get to its spiritual home state. When it was written, its lyricists/composers were barely known. Now, thanks to their work on “Dear Evan Hansen” and “La La Land,” Benj Pasek and Justin Paul are the biggest names involved in the show. Nov. 28-Dec. 3 Murat Theatre Details
