Ah, Monday. The day to compare notes at the office about what you experienced over the weekend.
Mine included an
overstuffed opening night for the Indianapolis Symphony Orchestra, including an appearance by Academy Award
winner F. Murray Abraham and an outstanding "Rhapsody in Blue." (More on the concert in an upcoming review.)
I
also stopped in for some of Indy Jazz Fest’s Sunday afternoon sets and continued to screen Heartland Film Festival movies
in order to put together our annual Best of the Fest feature.
And I’ll confess that I tried to watch the season opening
episode of Saturday Night Live but fell asleep in the middle or the second or third sketch. I don’t blame
the quality of the show, though. I was dog tired.
And you? What did you experience this weekend?
