The English-style pub and restaurant, the brainchild of proprietor Walt Bolinger, is slated to open in the next few weeks. - Pat-A-Cakes
and Cookies Too, a popular Noblesville bakery at State Road 32 and Little Chicago Road, is opening a new location
near 116th Street and Olio Road in Fishers. Partners Tricia Perkinson and Cheryl Bowman expect to open the
new store at 11679 Olio Road by the Spring. - Firehouse Subs has filed plans to open
a location in the former home of an Indian restaurant northeast of 86th Street and Michigan Road. The 1,600-square-foot
sub shop, owned by franchisee Mark Adams, is the second Indianapolis-area location for the Jacksonville,
Fla.-based chain. The other is along U.S. Highway 36 in Avon. - Bombay Garden Restaurant is
taking 2,200 square feet in a strip center anchored by Furniture Discounters at 4150 E. Lafayette Road,
just down the street from Lafayette Square Mall. The owner is C.G. Patel. - A&W Root Beer
is taking over the former Jody Maroni’s Sausage Kingdom and Le Petite Bistro space in the Circle Centre mall food court. The
