    1. Everyone should have family members who were orphaned by the polio epidemic as toddlers. They’re handy to ask for perspective when it comes to vaccine mandates.

Or, if you want a more recent example, look at what happened in Samoa when folks like RFK Jr. had their way and convinced people they didn’t need that measles vaccine.

      Pro-life, indeed.

Some day you folks will figure out it ain’t a left/right thing, it’s nonsense pushed by folks in other countries who can never catch America unless America tears itself apart.

    2. Dominic, should the doctor be required to report the names of people who have positive results to STD tests, especially life-threatening HIV? Should those results be public information?

    1. Taxpayers should sue to recover all the money Rokita has wasted on losing “culture war” lawsuits brought only to keep his name in the news.

  1. On its face, this suit – and its logical outcome – is a no brainer. The federal law reigns supreme and the state law is found to be in violation of federal law.
