WFYI plans to break ground this morning on an expansion of its new headquarters building. The public broadcaster is moving into the former Vectren Building at 1630 N. Meridian St. WFYI will add a 5,500-square-foot addition housing its digital TV studios (shown here). The project was designed by Ratio Architects and will be built by Shiel Sexton. Mansur Real Estate Services assisted with the purchase of the 94,000-square-foot building. WFYI plans to occupy the first and second floors and lease the third and fourth. What do you think?
