The 16th Street corridor near Capitol Avenue will be getting a brand-new look in the next few years as Clarian and Shiel Sexton partner on a development expected to cost about $192 million. We've been reporting details of the planned new administrative complex and neurosciences center since January, most recently in a story on Thursday. But let's have a discussion about the architecture. Cannon Design of New York worked on the neuroscience building (above), while the administrative buildings were designed by locally based CSO Architects. Are the buildings appropriately urban?
