Neal Brown's wildly popular gourmet pizza concept Pizzology is adding a second location to its original restaurant in Carmel. Pizzology is slated to take about half of the 8,000-square-foot former home of Cafe Nora in front of Target along 86th Street just west of Westfield Boulevard. The restaurant has secured a liquor license, is finalizing its lease and should be on track to open before the end of 2012. Real estate industry sources said locally based PK Partners has acquired the building and plans to remodel it to accommodate Pizzology and another tenant. Neal Brown declined to discuss the Nora site but said the plan is to grow Pizzology. "We're going to do a few more of these," he said.
