A handful of new-to-market dining options are joining the newly renovated food court at The Fashion Mall at Keystone. The Fashion Cafe will be located on the mall's first level, just west of the bridge, and is slated to open in November. The new restaurants will include: Elevation Burger, a Virginia-based chain that serves up burgers made from organic, grass-fed beef; Freshii, a Canadian concept serving burritos, wraps, soups and salads; Pinkberry, the California-based frozen yogurt chain; and the homegrown sushi restaurant Naked Tchopstix. Simon Property Group's renovation of the mall also calls for upscale retail shops in an expanded bridge that previously contained the mall's food court. The architect on the project is Ratio.
